Korean Seasoned Pork Rib Tips

No preparatory work for this cook.
I just poured a bottle of Pork Bulgogi marinade for meat and let marinate overnight.

300F whole time, without wood

ingredients in the sauce: Pork Bulgogi marinade, dashi, rice vinegar, honey, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil and tapioca starch.
