Took a little of this:

added a little sesame oil and let these soak in it for an hour or so.

Threw them on the new (to me) Q200:

Then plated up with some leftover stir fry from last night.

The sauce is good, but I wish I'd had more time for it to soak. Next time, that'll happen. I may try and find some boneless short ribs and give it another to this weekend. It was enjoyable.

The weekend is almost here!
 
That looks really nice. There's a company in New England called Stonewall Kitchens (Maine) that makes amazing sauces , dressings and really all manner of foodstuffs. They make a Korean BBQ sauce that is very tasty , but man , it is HOT!
