Korean BBQ drummies

Kind of stuck on these lately. Frenched up a pack of drumsticks and marinated them in my Korean bbq marinade for two days.
14.5” WSM running KBB with a chunk of cherry and a chunk of Kiawe for smoke.

Marinade-Finishing sauce

1/4 cup gochujang (I used Sambal Oelek)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vineger
3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
3 medium cloves garlic, minced (about 1 tablespoon)
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

Looks like lunch for another week Case, a mighty tasty one too.
Thanks Cliff. Yep these will be for work lunches. Since I sampled a few last night, there will only be enough to get me through Wednesday. Then I’ll have to come up with something else to cook!
 
Is it lunch time yet? Best thing about making these is when at work I always have something to look forward too!
