Kettle Roasted Chile Pepper Pork Steak

I brought back a few Colorado grown chile peppers and roasted them over a lump fire.

Then 2 huge (3 lbs. total) pork steaks went on indirect, with Weber's Classic rub, and hickory for smoke.

Added a packet of potatoes with onion, butter, and Weber's Steak/Chop seasoning.

Topped a portion of my steak with a pepper, grilled onion, and a squeeze of lime.

Jo and I agreed, a very fine homecoming meal.
It's great to be back on the kettle again!
