Posted in Weber Charcoal Kettle Grills that should narrow things down.

So maybe an ATC blower/fan that works with the Weber grill hub? Like Smoke + Billows.

The E6 comes with a built in fan port....

Good point, I think you‘re right. Maybe just a smart kettle. Or it could be a charcoal powered time machine. I’m just sayin’.
 
Since it's in charcoal kettle, it must be a higher end master touch and performer product line, built in electronic billows like fan, wifi controls that integrate with an app on your smartphone and reorders weber lump automatically.

I didn't even notice the category this was posted in. Since I have a Performer on order, I'd really like to know what the heck this thing is while I still have time to cancel.

Chris visited at 2:37 AM this morning. Calif. time, I was off by 5 minutes. Close enough, I win. lol
 
Well, my wife will not let the car sit out in the weather so, there will be no additions to the corral until I clean out the garage!

My guess is he cannot reveal his source or what it is yet but he knows what it is otherwise why bother with the tease and not at liberty to tell Bob or anyone else yet.

However it better be damn good when a thread is named It will blow your mind. :)

Someone asked me on Facebook when I could say something. As I wrote there, I'm not sure when...I can't say anything until the person who showed me gives the OK. Or until I see one pop-up somewhere else online.

This thread will probably go down as my "New Coke" moment...when everyone finds out, they'll go, "Meh." :) But I think some of you will dig it.

Sounds like it's more than a one of a kind thing, so that's good, I guess.
Now my guess goes to it being an attachment of some sort for a kettle grill.
One of these days Weber will figure out that a 26" Performer would probably sell well, if it didn't cost an arm and a leg.

Since you brought it up, I’ve often wondered what happened to the marketing people that thought that was a good idea? Definitely a head scratcher. Who here thinks Coke Zero is the “new coke” formula? Aside from the artificial sweetener, it tastes the same to me.
