I have been waiting for this day for a long time! It is now possible to rotisserie a sptached chicken! The OctoForks rotisserie attachment made it happen! In the photos you'll notice string. That was only used to truss the legs together so they wouldn't flop around. The only support for the bird is the Octoforks run through the breast, thighs and legs.
Fired up the minitisserie with KBB and Cherry. I ran with the lid on to keep flare ups at bay, no diffuser. Seasoned with Chicken Dust. Don't have a clue what's in it, but its good! Bird only took about 35 minutes to hit the sweet spot of 165°. Corn was sweet and perfectly cooked. Sorry no plated picks we ate right off the cutting board.
