90/10 mix of home-ground brisket and pork, mixed in some DP Raising the Steaks, salted well, then onto hot cast iron for a good crust. Flip, more crusting, then a brief steam covered to melt the cheese. YUM! SO GOOD! 
Didn't do so well with pics, but got two. You can see the crust peeking out from under the blanket of cheese:
...and doubled up on the bun (won't need dinner tonight!):
I turned my brother onto the home-ground brisket burger a few weeks back, says he won't do them any other way again. And, really, why would you?!?
