Grilled Blackened Salmon

Had the urge to grill some fish last night... headed to the store with catfish on my mind...
when i saw salmon, i reversed my channelcat idea

the seasoning....

...on the flat side of the Grill Grates...

tossed on some oiled & seasoned romaine...


stovetop, Liz tossed together some beans and poblano & sweet peppers...

chopped the grilled romaine, spooned out the peppers/bean mix, plated it all with the fish then ate it up

that white stuff is called Johnny's Salmon Finishing Sauce

Stellar cook Jim! That salmon and plate of goodness looks delicious. I like that blackened seasoning and the Salmon finishing sauce sounds good.

OH my I have never had Blackened Salmon, afew other fish like RedSnapper which is great ,this looks to be fantastic, where did you find the seasonings?

Looks amazing. I’ve never made my own blacken seasoning (we use Paul Prudhomme’s) but might have to step it up and try yours.
