First time I have this.....

Flat iron steak was a new cut I saw this week... So I grabbed a few packs. Never had this.

Seasoned with fiesta brand steak seasoning and then put them in a bag with a few splashes of wosterchire and chopped garlic,onion,splash of olive oil and a few splashes of corona.

But first let me get the fire started and have a beer.











I must say this was very delicious!!!!

Nah, thats a Flat Iron, I get them here all the time. Skirt Flap etc. has a visible grain to the meat.

Maybe they were mislabeled. Like I said this was the first time I saw them. They weren't on the butcher counter it was already pre packaged. Still good tho

Flat Irons are my daughters favorite steak. They work well marinated in Wishbone Italian salad dressing for me.
