While I was supervising Barbs painting I also was pursuing another Weber book and came across an interesting recipe Filet Mignon Steaks with Martini Marinade. I’m on that one! Here’s how it went down.

Marinade was Gin, EVOO, juice from the green olives, Zest of one lemon, black pepper

Barb made up a veggie cook of red potatoes, bells from our garden, onion, rosemary, oregano.

It was amazing!

The only problem I would have is I'd want to drink the marinade. You killed it Rich as usual.

Looks great! And you don't have to think twice about what beverage to pair it with.

Who says guys can't multi-task? Rich can supervise AND read at the same time!! ;)

Great job you two.
