I've already posted my Sunday through Wednesday cooks.
Picking it up last Thursday:
Corn beef, marinated artichoke heart, and horseradish cheese flatbread pizza.
Friday's salad.
Romaine with garlic olive oil, salt, and pepper:
Lame Saturday cook, but had to keep the string going.
Nathan dogs with Nathan pickles.
Easter Sunday was a 12 lb. ham, apple smoked low and slow on the performer.
Jo had the dining table looking great.
Ham is done.
Time to eat.
One of the desserts was our daughter-in-laws apple pie, she makes the best pies ever!
Hope everyone's Easter was the best ever!
