Got a deboned leg of lamb from the butcher. I trimmed it up quite a bit more.
Trimmed and seasoned. I made up a rub on the fly. Salt, pepper, garlic, and various herbs.
Fired up the WSM with KBB and Post Oak from Fruitawood.
Our wisteria is completely out of control.
Wife made hashbrown casserole
And homemade rolls.
