Cuban Sandwich

Today's lunch was a Cuban sandwich. I started by trimming a pork roast from a pork butt and used this recipe. I used the Panini press on the kettle.

a little SPOG then the cumin and oregano

I decided to go with butcher's twine vs the silicone bands

Very nice Dwain!!! I have never had/made a Cuban sandwich using pork shoulder, it has always been made with pork loin. Pork shoulder sounds like it would have a lot more flavor, gonna have to try that!
