I'm not much one for fads, but kept reading about cloud eggs and making one looked like fun, with low expectations about taste.
I was going to make 2 but 1 yolk broke so I whipped up whites from 2 eggs using a stick blender with whisk.

Cooked it at 425 for 3 minutes then added the yolk.
I left too much white on it though.

Got a little over done and made the "cloud" a bit tough.
It was ok, not great, so my low expectations were met.

Cloud eggs....never heard of em before now, but then I don't get out much. Some nice cooks and love the action shot of the hawk.

Great bunch of good looking food there Bob! Looks like you've been busy. I've never heard of a cloud egg but it looks pretty good.
 
I told my wife about your Cloud Egg creation Bob, and she'd already seen it and was going to surprise me. I sure know how to spoil a surprise. Can't wait to try them. Yours looks great and fits well with your wide assortment of breakfast cooks. Spares are "on deck" for my next cook. Hope they come out as good as yours. The egg separator makes me want to go get some Robitussin
 
It all looks awesome Bob. I just saw something about cloud eggs in one of my cooking magazines. It did look interesting, may have to give it a try.
 
well one thing for sure Bob, those eggs look like they're sitting on a cloud, but I have a hard time seeing the red on the red-tailed hawk....
next time, shoot that sob down and let's grill'er up!
