I'm not much one for fads, but kept reading about cloud eggs and making one looked like fun, with low expectations about taste.
I was going to make 2 but 1 yolk broke so I whipped up whites from 2 eggs using a stick blender with whisk.
Mixed in S&P, bacon pieces and cheese.
Cooked it at 425 for 3 minutes then added the yolk.
I left too much white on it though.
Got a little over done and made the "cloud" a bit tough.
It was ok, not great, so my low expectations were met.
No more plate shots.
Spares.
Wagyu burgers.
And a T-bone.
Shot a red-tailed hawk the other day from the deck.
