last week grilled a couple of chuck eyes seasoned with Oakridge BBQ Santa Maria rub

sliced up a couple of Yukons into Hasselback spuds... added onions sliced up as well...

served everything up for a Wednesday night dinner

another day got out some Italian sausages, a couple of beef frankfurters and a little homemade bacon

wrapped the dogs in bacon...

then served them with sautéed onions and peppers with cheese along with a bowl of beans

Both meals look fantastic, Jim. Those sides with your chuck eyes look delicious. So do he chuck eyes of course. Like that homemade bacon. What is it about a hot dog that can make you hungry for one at 7:52 in the morning?

I'm getting hungry too... It's 8:57 am and trying recover from yesterday's fun.
 
Love those CEs wish we had them hear more often, kind of a hit and miss thing. Great cooks really like the sdes too!
 
A couple of fine looking cooks!!! I should have picked up a few CE's yesterday, I was close to where I can get them yesterday and didn't even think about it.
 
Your Wednesday and Thursday dinners look super tasty dude!
And the homemade bacon is absolutely excellent!!!
 
It seems to me that I haven't been grilling nearly enough this season. Everything on this post is eetable! That bacon is picture perfect too.
