Chimney dog, and hot & fast chicken.


 
Nothing wrong with that, both look good. Weather here has been cold, wet and windy. I haven't grilled anything in over a month. Haven't even been out of the house in 11+ days except to take the pups for a walk in the morning.
I'll be ready for a room at hotel silly if this goes on for a few more months like they are saying.
 
Yep, crazy wind here since about nine! Trying to decide how involved I want to make my butt cook today, wondering how long a snake smoke would be. I think I’d better get that set up and fire things up.
Decided to go old school, back to my roots, simple indirect, half open bottom vents, plenty of pecan and time.
