Looks Tasty! How'd you serve them? Rice, quinoa?
Thanks! Rice might have been a good idea. But it went with some Spanish tapas my wife made. Broiled feta cheese, marinated tomatoes salad and french bread.
Next time I will take photos of the whole thing plated with the sides.
Steve, did you use a Spanish-style chorizo or was it Mexican chorizo that was cooked ahead of time? The results look great!
