BLT Pizza with Big Bob Gibson's white bbq sauce

Yesterday was Jo's monthly bunco night (not held here) so I freelanced my dinner.

Grilled some bacon slab trims.

Mixed in a little ranch dressing with some store bought Big Bob Gibson's white sauce.

Tomatoes fresh from my garden.

It's hard to beat flatbread for a quick personal size pizza.

Direct over lump for a bit to crisp up the bottom.

Topped with Romaine, a drizzle of garlic olive oil, and a grind of pepper.

I do have to say, it was one of my best quickie pizzas ever.

Pizza looks fantastic Bob. I like the idea of mixing ranch with the white bbq sauce, that must've been one tasty flavor combo as a sauce base for the pizza.
