Big Beefy Plate Ribs

Had some big beefy plate ribs in my dads freezer.
The wife brought them home Wednesday. Salt brined in fridge since then.
Decided to throw on some pork riblets. Pit Master gets hungry on a long smoke.
Plus makes use of that JD lump. Get all I can out of it.

All the players getting in the show.

Onto the Good One its 9AM Durango time.
250* A chunk of hickory & pecan. Fruita woods
Gonna be GUUD!

3 hours later. Its high noon.

Oh my were these little riblets guud for lunch.

6 hours to go more or less.
