Had some big beefy plate ribs in my dads freezer.
The wife brought them home Wednesday. Salt brined in fridge since then.
Decided to throw on some pork riblets. Pit Master gets hungry on a long smoke.
Plus makes use of that JD lump. Get all I can out of it.

Oh my were these little riblets guud for lunch.
