Barbs first cook on TVWBB

Wanted a simple dinner after working on our patio extension all day so we decided to do some prosciutto chicken with some corn on the bone.
Barb has been making this for years but always in the oven and stove top, but she knows her way around all our grills so as a new adventure she decided to go with the CI and the performer.
So I get to be the Sous Chef on this one.

What a great looking dinner Barb, well done!!! So what did the Sous Chef do besides drink a beer or three??? :cool:
 
Wow - y'all are lucky - two people who can handle a grill! I need to get Kari on the Weber - she is great with a campfire but always leaves the grilling to me. Good looking food and great transition from the oven to the grill!
