This time I used Rita's pizza dough & I think I might like it the most so far.


8oz mozz, tomato sauce (simple), halved Kalamata olives, onion, & cut up salami (one slice sliced crosswise)

last time my peel-work worked perfectly, this one took some doing but it came out OK.

That does look good. I just mixed up a batch of Forno Bravo's Pizza Napoletana dough in anticipation of tomorrow's lunch. Hope it turns out as well.
 
That's my favorite dough. Stretches out nice and thin. Those pies look really good!
