A good Fathers Day

Isn't it true how many good days start off with a early morning coffee and this sight

Decided to give Kingsford Comp the call today, it did good but a huge smoke difference from my favorite Stubbs, long white smoke for a long time after start up in comparison, took awhile to get to my happy bluish

In a nod to Aarron Franklin I made up a batch of his rib rub and did that on one set of ribs and the other two were Three Little Pigs Cherry. Also doing Pepper Stout Beef today

Worked pretty good using two rib racks side by side to keep ribs better on one side of the WSM, Beef on slightly hotter bottom rack

Ever tell you Guy's how much I like my WSM

PSB done at 165 IT, in the foil and back on the WSM

Ribs ready at 2.45 hrs, shot of Parkay some Agave Syrup and a shot of AJ ACV and tonights sauce in the foil too

Used Lambert's Sweet Sauce of Mine today, was a nice taste without to much heavy stickiness

PSB done at around 201 internal

Came out real good with excellent flavor

Packed table today, made Gourmet Cole Slaw and the CEO made her fabulous Potato Salad and my SIL made her wonder spicy Dip Salsa

Ribs came out superb, sorry for the poor pic

Had some nice Mojito action today

Broke out the top shelf stuff brought back from Italy for me and my Brother, a good day for sure
