Saturday we smoked some tri tip. It's was on sale that's what I needed to buy it. Marinaded first with dales sauce for 45 minutes. Rinsed after that and Seasoned with salt,pepper,onion and garlic powder. I know what your thinking it's going to be too salty but it's was perfect.
Smoked at 275 until internal was 130. Did the cheesy potatoes fresh out the box and our Mexican coleslaw.
We also did pizza rolls for my kids first.
All cooked on the weber charcoal summit. I'm very happy with this new cooker.
