Have spent some days on the hills in Austria, living at the top of the ski slope, only approachable on ski/snowboards. After considering our options carefully, the best bet was taking a 14" Smokey Joe with us, which was used for cooking for 6 through 3 days. Now to share some of the fun we had with you..
Day 1, me cooking thai curries on the wok, over the Small Joe:
Day 2, only prepping some appetizers from French Camembert and sausages in pastry:
By day 3, Little Joe got a little snowy already, but still delivered some of the best grilled duck breasts I ever had:
And here's the proud owner of the cooker, taking this baby home on the last day:
