In my neck of the woods it can also be called a “Spencer steak”!
Did these over Kingsford on Performer with some wine soaked oak with a heavy salt and pepper rub! Opened a nice Cab…definitely a memorable evening!

Everything looks amazing. The steaks look out of bounds good, but I think the cauliflower is trying to steal the show. May I also how you cooked the cauliflower?

Just olive oil and onion salt roasted in the oven at 375. Get a little crisp on it for best results!
