Have been going over "stock" in the freezer, using stuff up... and found some pulled pork from 6 months ago.
What to do? Cuban sandwich came to mind. I've always made them with pork loin, but have read where they are also made with pulled pork.
Had some telara rolls on hand & thought I'd give it a try. Some pulled pork, mustard, dill pickles, black forest ham, Swiss cheese....

Wow! These are good. Super rich. Wifey & I could only eat half a sandwich. Should have used twice as many dill pickle slices. Next time: maybe a little Mojo Crillo in the pork.

Those look excellent, and they are rich I had one for lunch yesterday and we the waitress set it down my first thought was it was small, but it was so rich and flavorful that I was well satisfied, good job
