Started with taters and corn, the taters had a 30 min headstart and seasoned with oil and montreal steak.

The steaks were brushed with Dale's steak seasoning and Webers chicago steak.

Josh made a Chipotle mayo for the corn and some mushrooms and onions for the steak.

Thanks for looking.

Josh you nailed that one for sure. Outstanding cook and done just right, you have some awesome skills for grilling.

That's an excellent cook Tim, hopefully you gave Josh a beer for all his efforts

Josh thought he did good ( Mom and I both said excellent!), and appreciates all your comments and says Thank you!:)
What can I bribe him to cook next week:wsm:

Now thats a beautiful cook, and even better photography, you should be proud of your son Josh, as he nailed it.

Yep, that's how I make steak for two! :) I'm sure you are proud of your boy (for many reasons), he obviously paid attention around the grill! Wish I could get my kids to take some interest.....they like eatin' it, though! :)

Great job, Josh! Outstanding meal. Haven't had Dale's sauce in ages. You brought back a flavor memory that I'm going to have to repeat soon.
