    igrill problems

    Does anyone have any experience with warranty department of igrill? the probes stopped reading correctly during an all night cook last night, It started reading off by several hundred degrees and the other off by about 20. Only used it a handfull of times, got it as a wedding gift in may.

    Memorial Day Rib Eyes

    Labor Day Rib Eyes Floated down the river with some friends and then did some steaks and corn on his Q and baked potatoes in the oven. I have never cooked on one before and it was a fun little grill!

    Simple steak cook

    Grilled chicken and fresh corn

    I cooked the chicken direct with S&P and soaked the corn husks in water for about 30 mins prior to cooking. Chicken cooked about 12 mins and corn around 20 mins. Served with a salad. Corn with defantly the star if the show., the soaked husk kind of steamed it while on the hot grill.

    Steak night from last Sunday

    Sorry for the post delay. My buddy got us Omaha Steaks as a gift. These are the sirloins done on the OTG served along side the loaded baked potatoes they came with just reheated in the oven. Steaks seasoned with S&P and seared direct.

    Weeknight pizza

    Dry rubbed smoked pork tenderloin with sautéed local veggies

    I heavily seasoned the pork with pork rub and put it on the OTG indirect with kbb and pecan at 400 for about 25 mins or so- until it hit 140 in the center. Meanwhile Carrie made salads and sautéed some squash, onions, and red peppers on the stove.

    Chicken smoke and pasta

    Last night I smoked some chicken thighs on the OTG indirect at about 450 with kbb and lots of pecan wood. The chicken was seasoned with S&P- a little too much salt but oh well. While I was cooking the meat Carrie was inside making salads with letuce from the farmers market and a basil cream pasta.

    Took some Ribeyes out of the freezer that I got on sale a while back. Seasoned them with kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper.
