Easter dinner


 
We did salmon because it was just two of us. I did them on soaked planks direct with blue bag K on the OTG at around 450 for 25 mins or so- until salmon reached 145. The salmon was seasoned with kosher salt and black pepper and covered in olive oil. We also had creasant rolls, risotto cooked in chicken broth and white wine, and asparagus roasted in the oven with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and parmigian cheese.
