Chicken smoke and pasta


 
Last night I smoked some chicken thighs on the OTG indirect at about 450 with kbb and lots of pecan wood. The chicken was seasoned with S&P- a little too much salt but oh well. While I was cooking the meat Carrie was inside making salads with letuce from the farmers market and a basil cream pasta.

Looks great - how long were the thighs on the grill? Did you stay indirect the whole time?

Both, most of this is from the local market that is Wed and Sat. We also have a very large international farmers market that is every day. I prefer the local one where I buy directly from the farmers themselves.
