    Rack of pork, mashed potatoes, sautéed zucchini ! I didn’t spin it, didn‘t feel like uncovering the rotisserie rig. Dinner was mighty tasty! Kitchen cleaned up, most holiday decorations set up. I can go to bed and feel good about the day!
