Yesterday, my buddy and I did some mental “what are we going to need” calculation.

Looks great. I cooked a SRF porchetta a few months back. It was my third attempt at porchetta and it was finally a success. Your guests are in for a treat.
 
Well, here it is…
I feel “whupped like a rented Mule!” I’ve been fussing with this for three days, tomorrow is tear down and put away detail!

I didn’t post the Twinkies, you’ve seen enough of those fro here.
It was blurry, five grills fired and I only burned a loaf of garlic bread. Burnt offerings to the grill gods
