    Anyone get spoiled by their own food?

    I have to say the BBQ I make is much better than anything I can get around here. Smokey bones is about as good as we get locally. Everybody else pour BBQ Sauce over everything what are they trying hide. I will take my BBQ over that any day.

    My wife just recently bought me a food saver. What I have been doing is putting the sealed bags in boiling water. Heats up well and doesn't dry it out.

    DigiQII complaint

    Can I just say that my Digi Q II really impressed me on Saturday. It kept my WSM at 225 for a 5 hour rib cook. All hail Digi Q II.
