Yard work and grilled chicken for dinner

Finally had a nice day here. Got up to 60 or so, sun was out, but a little windy. Finally got to get out and work in the yard a little.

Even the dog was helping clean up!

Got the snow blower off the tractor, mower deck powerwashed, greased and touched-up. Did a little weed-n-feed spreading, and the Johnny Bucket mounted.

And for supper, jerk chicken drummies and wings, BBQ marinated boneless breasts, and asparagus.

And to wash it down, 'Green Chop Session IPA' from Badger State Brewing CO. I got a "Growlette" of it Friday, kinda of a cool idea if you ask me, a 32oz growler.

"A refreshing amber-colored IPA brewed with six different American hop varieties. This IPA combines bright, earthy flavors that blend magnificently with tropical fruit aromas. All of this balanced by a solid malt base leads to a slightly spicy clean finish." - Good Stuff

And dessert!

Brew Looks Good!!
I see you have my favourite Kcups of coffee there too, Donut House...

I'm heading to Appleton Friday morning, maybe i'll cut to the "Chase" for breakfast...

What a great post, what kind of jerk marinade did you use?

It was weber marinade packet, mixed with orange juice. Wife never had jerk chicken, so I didn't want to get a whole bottle of expensive stuff to never use it again. For 99 cents it was pretty good. Not super spicy, but the flavor was very good. All I used was marinade and let sit overnight in the fridge. No extra seasoning or sauce while cooking. We'd do it again.

Hey, it's pretty good coffee, and cheap. Woodmans had them on sale for 3.99/box.

I've never been to Jacobs meat market before. Looks like I should stop next time I'm down there.

Nice cook.

I have the same mower deck for my 2305. I like your storage wheels. I need to get/make a set of those.

Watch for Harbor Freight tools to put the wheels on sale. Those are 8" tires (probably should have used 10" wheels), they were 5 bucks each on sale. Threaded rod, flat washers and some locknuts = done.

Nicely done Tmueller! Looks like you have a little over 21 hundred hours on your Deer? Looking good, nothing runs like a Deer
