Wings


 
Ha great looking cook Kemper!

Cooking indirect, do you just find the skin doesn't get crispy? I have yet to try wings yet. It has been suggested to cook at 350...20 mins one side then flip for another 20. I know many ways to cook them, just looking to get opinions.

@Rob. High heat gets you crispy wings. I find that 275 is high enough to crisp them. If you cooked at 350 you'd really have to watch them. Obviously they would cook much quicker. At 275 I didn't have to tend to them too much
