Weber's Chicken and Pepper Nachos

Bone in, skinless chicken thighs with all of the flavor on them waiting for the peppers to finish

Thighs off of the grill and vacuum packed for about an hour

Chicken shredded and peppers chopped and mixed with the other nacho stuff

A great plate of nachos! For those that haven't tried the Weber recipe before I would really encourage you to give this a try....excellent flavor!
