I was lucky enough to get the new Weber Charcoal Summit. i'm very lucky that Maribel supports my hobby and or obsession.

We picked this up on Sunday and did a quick carne asada cook. So far I like how it cooks and today will BBQ some chicken. Here are a few pictures from yesterday.

Thanks for stopping by
Tony and Maribel

Life is good, and we all welcome more of your cooks with the new Weber Summit Charcoal grill, you kinda fell off the grilling scene as of late.
I miss your late night cooks, with outdoor temps/videos and music selection.

Grill on my friend.

Soooooo jealous congrats Tony. My daughter has three more years of college that's why it's not in my backyard right now. BTW Great shirts DODGER FEVER.

Congrat's Tony, If my dad was still able to grill/smoke/bbq like he did in the past i'd buy him right now. That is one nice cooker you bought.

Still cooking at night but not that late anymore... Need to get back at it again. Back then my kids were smaller and they would go to sleep. That would be our alone time with Maribel. Now my kids stay up and wants us to go to bed the same time as them. Weekends usually by 11pm we are done. Back Then 1 am is grilling time.

Everything looks great except those shirts you two are wearing :)
....Maribel looks good in anything she wears

Nice Kettle Tony! Weber should've given it to you, good thing you have Maribel to pick up the slack.

Nice first cook.

OT:
I'm making some killer beans now thanks to you (modified a little but you put me on track).

How true. I remember those days.

Tony,

That looks great! Thanks for posting the pictures! I can live vicariously through you until mine arrives (hopefully before May 6th).

It's a beauty and it went to the right grill masters. With the talent you two have we're really going to see what that Summit can do. You're a lucky man just like me, to have a wife and partner that supports your hobby and participates in what you do.
Really looking forward to the cooks you two do and your thoughts on the Summit.

Congrats Tony, that is awesome and I'm looking forward to seeing more cooks. You two are awesome cooks, go for it my friends.:)
