Saturday we did our classic carne asada. No new recipes but wanted to share our cook. On Saturday Maribel took over the grill.

Sunday it was my turn and we smoked some ribs. Your basic rib cook. Nothing fancy. Some refreshments and bread for the meal.



It got late and dark. Pic is not so good



Time to eat. Ribs,Mac and cheese,potato salad with grilled bread.

What can I say??? AWSOME as usual. So, do you buy your carne asada already prepared or do you marinade it yourself.

Tony, I think your pictures are great (and the food is even better) makes me hungry at 6:30 in the AM while reading your post. Keep the posts and pictures coming!!

I marinade most of the times but I do like it when the meat market does it as well. It al depends where I'm going an how it looks.
 
Tony, you and Maribel prepare plates that look much better than a lot of restaurants. I would say to open your own, IF you could do it
and still keep it fun.
