So, made Ken Forkish's Field Blend #1 which is my favorite for tonight. Going in overnight in the fridge for the proofing

Bread came out amazing, the flavor of this bread is other worldly

We had a single Tri Tip Steak left over and we had my Michigan Buck Chops defrosted marinating in Soy, Teriyaki and garlic for an hour or so.

Good stuff, loved this meal. The Tri Tip was superb but the venison was outstanding. Love it

Terrific stuff, Bill. I never get tired of seeing photos of each new loaf of bread you bake. The venison steaks must have been quite tasty with that marinade.

Ditto! Maybe a TV show: The Baker and The Bar-B-Que'r. But it would just be one guy:you! Or Cliff. Or Rich. Or, I'm sorry, I know I'm missing someone...

Is that the back straps out of your buck? If so, don't hunt kalifornia, you'll be so disappointed. Fantastic cook Bill, I love that grill

That is a great looking meal Bill, its been a long time since I've had venison and the way you prepared it I sure it was outstanding. You know you're killing me with that bread, but tomorrow is our bread making day, can't wait.

Fantastic cook again Bill, but that bread is to die for. Like Rich said we will be doing some tomorrow, that stuff is sooooo gooooood.
Again those pics tells the turn story, you are the master my friend.

Great lloking cook Bill and your bread is par excellence. I'm pretty adept at baking basic breads but man yours is on a whole other level.
