Two Swift USDA Prime ribeye steaks cooked perfectly, I think. Two left burners off, two right burners on high. Started on the left side until about 110*F, then reverse seared them on the right side. Used S&P on one and Kinder's Buttery Steakhouse rub on the other.
We each took half of each steak, added some scalloped potatoes, and we were happy campers.
