I visit this board every day...But since i havent made a reply in ages i have 10+ pages to go thru. I have looked @ all posts but i feel guilty if i respond to one or 5. Couse i love it ALL! Thats why i dont give cred to anyone. Makes sense? Probably not...But i stick to my story!

Cred goes to all!

Outstanding cook! It’s absolutely incredible the talent I see every day on this forum, it truly amazes me and humbles me to see how far outdoor cooking has gone. From burning burgers and hot dogs in the fifties to truly five star cooking we see today.

An Excellent Post Daniel!
Just talking with Liz about you the other day... "Dannyboy must be bustin'his@$$ at work, no time to post..."
then you turn this twist on us.... Perfectly too!
Your photos are exceptional as usual and your beautiful bride is as gorgeous as always!
Onions like this is money!
i'll take some of that money!
Thanks for poppin' in buddy!
and ENJOY life!

Wolfgast, great twist technique! Were you a baker in a previous life? That looks magnificent!

All i can say is WOW...that looks delicious, new to this forum, but will be looking for future posts for sure.

that twist/braid makes the presentation that much better on an already nice looking cook. I may be stealing that idea in the future.

Only a twisted mind would think of doing a loin like that!:p
Beautiful food prepared by beautiful people!
