I may have posted this before, so apologies if its a dupe. But I cooked it again last night and we really enjoyed it. Asparagus was marinated in S&P, with EVOO, then dressed with more EVOO, lemon zest and parmesan. Pasta was tossed with EVOO, roasted garlic and fresh herbs.
