Ha! Normally, I go right for the dark meat. This turned out so rich that I was more than happy with the breast. Now, what to do with all that dark meat...

I've never done it before, but before I put it on the grill, I rubbed it down with a very light coat of olive oil. I have to assume that's what did it.
