Tried to warm things up with a burger cook!

Howdy folks..was chilly today so I though we'd try to warm things up with some good ole burgers and fries! Started out with a 2.5 chuck roast and ran it thru the kitchen aid



Patties made up and some extra burger for later use!

Though I'd take my old red out for a cruise tonight...Gerti is supervising as she normally does!

She's now at cooking temp..don't even need a therm when you fire up the red!

Got some bacon and home fries started!

Bit later the bacon came off and fries getting close!

Fries into the warmer and burgers on the sear plate..just weber steak and chop..nothing added to the burger at all!

Got a good sear!

They got cheesed but the pics got dark so I skipped them!
Burgers served up..onion, lettuce, bacon and my home made pickles we made up last fall! Fries and red rooster mayo!!

Good stuff let me tell ya!! Oh I saw this pic today and though of Jim Lampe!!

Must not be sub zero in Wisconsin !!

That is one perfect burger! I would eat all four burgers a six pack of the beer and while the fries look perfect I will forgo on the fries, I'm watching my weight.
