Traveling Joe

This past weekend I was fortunate to be able to slip away from the wife and baby and go camping with some friends. I took the Jumbo Joe for some "traveling" fun. Here are some photos of the drive to our camp site.

We made camp on the banks of this creek.

The first night I made burgers with home made pastrami and smoked cheese.

Second night I cooked steaks but I only managed an action shot no plated pics. I had a few beers by then and wasn't thinking about details.

Sunday morning we headed back to the city. It was hard to leave the desert. I can't wait to go back and explore some more.
