Evening folks..long week at the salt mine and so grilling and drinking was on tap tonight!! I had no idea what the heck I was going to cook but I knew there was rum in my future tonight!!
Came home and knew I had some Italian sausage and zuchini in the fridge so that was a start!
Got a fire going and started some links!
Oh no I'm way too hungry for indirect ...let's burn some meat!
Ok getting closer so I tossed the sausage on the high rise and started some red onion and sweeeet peppers...and a CI with some oil!
Got some fritters cooking now!
More fritters!
All done..cooked up some pasta, diced up the sausage..added the onion and pepper, little EVOO, parm and Italian seasoning and presto dinner was up!
Best dinner I've had today!! Actually this was super tasty and will be making this crazy dinner again!
Nite folks...rum and cleaning grill grates await!!
