HA HA Does anyone else have this problem? With DH, his problem is whenever he goes to read a book in bed (like the cartoon, on his stomach) Gracie plops down on the book. DH puts the book aside, she leaves, he starts reading again, she is back. lol

Joan, you just need to understand their point of view. When you are paying attention to a book, you are not focusing on what's most important. Them. Cats feel we must be reminded of this regularly.

Dad always put a little kibble out to keep feral cats in the barn, just to keep the other vermin down. Some of them turned out to be rather tame....

Patrick in Gaelic is Padraig, thus the ds instead of ts. My wife, born & raised in Ireland, corrects me every time I pronounce it Patrick
