Soaked 22 wings in Teriyaki sauce with added ginger, hab sauce, garlic, pepper......and dried jalapenos for ~3 hours. Threw them on the grill with some Jack Daniels chips. 20 minutes, flip, 6 minutes, then maybe 3 more after a touch direct.
The pictures don't do these justice - they sure were pretty!
Instead of tossing in the thickened sauce I served that on the side.
Took my work buddy up night skiing for another lesson - he's finally got it
I took him up 3 times the year before last, this is the first time for him this year & I think he's finally got it 
I've wanted to learn to ski backwards but haven't practiced much........yesterday I was carving backwards with a little confidence. Maybe I'll dare to try more tricks in the air, besides my typical "rolling up the windows" or "cat out the window".
