Cabin weekend! Picked up these steaks from Safeway on a great sale! Salted and left uncovered on fridge all day.
Prepped the kettle for the meat and did the spuds on the Genesis. Enjoyed a G&T!Just some salt and pepper and some red wine oak chunksGreen beans and garlic aioli for the potatoes was a huge hit!The three steaks were about 3.5 pounds. This fed two adults and three teenage boys!
